This is my personal ab workout! Do it every day for some hard core abs! Even if you slack off and only do it a few times a week, you will still see results! The two things I love about this routine are that it’s quick and it only hurts right after doing it! You won’t be as sore as you would think(like with leg workouts)! The pain doesn’t linger very long and a few hours after doing it, you’ll feel fine! If you really want to be hard core, repeat the exercise a few times in a row! Be sure to do this in the spring so you can have fabulous abs for the summer! Hope you enjoy this workout!
